Adult Learn to Row
TriStar Rowing is hosting a two-day Adult Learn to Row camp! This event is open to adults and requires no experience to try.
Learn To Row for adults will be:
9 am - Noon on Saturday, April 17, at our boathouse property on Wheeler Road
2 pm - 5 pm on Sunday, April 18, at our gym location
Links for directions to both locations can be found on the Google Map below.
The cost of this camp is $50.
The camp will include a tour of the facilities, ergometer (rowing machine) demonstrations and instruction, hands-on lessons on the dock, and rowing on the beautiful Little River. Coaches will lead all instruction, and experienced rowers will assist in demonstrations and activities.
Competitive and recreational rowers range in age from 10 to 90 so it's never too early or too late to take up the sport. The goal of TriStar Rowing is to introduce and promote rowing as a lifelong activity in foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. Countless people of all ages have taken advantage of our learn-to-row camps for the opportunity to visit our property, meet with the coaching staff and current team members, and give rowing a try.
