EVENT DETAILS
Anchor 2
Our Ergathon is a fun, community event & competition! Our team goal is to row 1.5 MILLION meters throughout the entire event. Our TSR athletes are divided into 4 teams under their captains competing to row the most meters throughout the day. We also host 4 person, co-ed team rowing competitions during the event: A 10k relay, 5k relay, 2k relay and the coveted TriStar Trifecta Challenge for teams competing in all 3! Participants can also sign up to contribute by rowing individually for 1 hour to obtain as many meters as possible to contribute to our overall team goal - all skill levels are welcome! We will have vendors, food trucks, and other activities supporting our event for a great experience!

CO-ED TEAMS - TEAMS MUST CONSIST OF 2 MALES & 2 FEMALES
EQUAL METERS - EACH TEAM MEMBER MUST ROW AN EQUAL AMOUNT OF METERS DURING THE COMPETITION.
BREAKING UP METERS - TEAMS CAN STRATEGIZE TO BREAK UP THE TOTAL METERS HOWEVER THEY CHOOSE BUT EACH MEMBER MUST ROW EQUAL AMOUNTS. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO DETERMINE YOUR GAME PLAN BEFORE THE COMPETITION BEGINS.
OVERALL TIME - COMPETITION WINNERS ARE DETERMINED BY THE TOTAL TIME TAKEN TO ROW THE DISTANCE OF THE EVENT.
TRIFECTA CHALLENGE - TEAMS COMPETING IN ALL 3 EVENTS WILL TOTAL THEIR TIMES FROM EACH EVENT TO REACH A TOTAL TIME SCORE. THE WINNING TEAM WILL HAVE THEIR NAME ENGRAVED ON OUR PERPETUAL TROPHY AND KEEP THE TROPHY UNTIL NEXT YEAR'S COMPETITION!
WEATHER - WILL NOT BE A FACTOR! WE WILL BE COMPETING INDOORS @ ATHLETIC REPUBLIC'S STATE-OF-THE-ART FACILITY!
WHAT TO WEAR - WEAR ATHLETIC GEAR THAT IS NOT LOOSE! LOOSE CLOTHING COULD GET CAUGHT ON THE ROWING MACHINE
